Protestors Call on Gap to Improve Conditions at Bangladeshi Garment Factories

Protestors rallied in front of gap’s headquarters in San Francisco to present the clothing company with an award of shame ahead of its annual shareholders meeting. A panel of business ethicists and human rights experts chose gap as the winner of this year’s Public Eye Award to shed light on the company’s human rights record.
