The family of Terry Laffitte has filed a lawsuit against the County of Los Angeles, the Sheriff's Department, and the individual deputies involved in his execution-style shooting death in May of this year. A recently released autopsy report indicates that Laffitte died when a Sheriff's deputy shot him with a gun pressed into the back of his head.
