PG&E Pipeline Shut Down In San Carlos

A Pacific Gas & Electric gas pipeline running through the Bay Area town of San Carlos remains shut down today despite a judge granting the utility permission to reinstate it. The city asked that the pipe be closed earlier this month after an engineer expressed concern over the quality and safety of the pipe. Now the city of San Carlos wants to conduct its own investigation and have PG&E foot the bill. Today residents expressed concern over the possibility of another San Bruno incident hitting their small town. Alex Kekauoha reports from San Carlos.
