A local agency is helping launch an effort to improve the lives of foster youth in California in light of grim statistics for those who were in the system.
California College Pathways presented the Blueprint for Success Conference today at the California Endowment in Downtown Los Angeles. The conference focused on improving the academic performance of foster youth inCalifornia by increasing support systems.
