L.A. Mayor Eric Garcetti has announced that Fire Chief Brian Cummings will step down from his position at the end of the month. Cummings will officially retire in February. An interim chief will take his place in November. Leaders of the firefighter's union are celebrating the change in leadership. Pacifica's Dan Fritz reports from Los Angeles.
