Bay Area Singer Songwriter Rafael Manriquez Dies

The San Francisco Bay Area has lost a popular musician who was a prominent part of the Latin American new song movement. The career of Rafael Manriquez spanned more than two decades. His music was recorded on more than ten albums. Friends describe the artist and former Chilean exile as a musical genius who fused his talents with a passion for social justice.
