Negotiations between Bay Area Rapid Transit, or BART, and its labor unions are underway this week. But if an agreement on a new contract for BART workers isn't made by Monday, Bay Area commuters may be in for another strike. The Metropolitan Transit Commission is warning commuters of the possible strike and advising to plan ahead if the strike does go through. Tiffany Camhi reports.
