Several thousand disabled activists gathered at the State Capitol for the 10th Annual Disability Capitol Action Day. The event has become a cornerstone of legislative activism for the disability community, as well as a showplace for service programs, a celebration of diversity, and one of the largest cross-disability events in the nation.
