Dozens of nannies, housekeepers and in-home caregivers declared that they are not waiting for Washington to solve all immigration issues. Outside of the state capitol, the domestic workers said the state of California can act now to improve the lives of immigrants. They urged legislators to pass the Domestic Workers' Bill of Rights.
