A new campaign to transition Los Angeles to 20% solar energy by 2020 was launched today by a coalition of environmental advocates, city officials and business leaders. The group says Los Angeles has an abundance of sun and rooftop space and the political willpower to make the transition. Pacifica's Dan Fritz reports.
