Antonio Villaraigosa's Final State of the City Address in Los Angeles

Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa has wrapped up his final State of the City address. He highlighted his eight years as Mayor and cited achievements in public safety, education, and the city's financial state, challenging his successor to continue his work, whether that be City Controller Wendy Greuel or City Council member Eric Garcetti, both headed for a run-off election next month. Pacifica's Dan Fritz reports from Los Angeles.
