This year the state board that over-sees California doctors comes up for its once-in-a-decade review, and this year, parents of people who have died from prescription drugs are calling for tighter state review of doctors and their drug practices. Some are calling for the State to pull the plug on the state board that’s supposed to over-see doctors and prescription drug problems. Christopher Martinez reports from Sacramento.
