Developer Eyes a Palo Alto Mobile Home Park, Threatening Hundreds of Low Income Tenants

Roughly 400 residents of the only mobile home park in Palo Alto could lose their homes. The park's owner wants to sell the property to a developer with plans of building high-end condominiums. Law requires the owner to help the tenants find similar housing, but since no other mobile home park for low income tenants exists in the city, it is unclear where many of the tenants will go.
