The Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors has moved forward with a plan to provide about $10 million in affordable rental housing projects in Glendale, Los Angeles, Pasadena, Santa Monica and San Fernando. Some of the projects are nearing collapse after funding from community redevelopment funds were cut at the state level. Pacifica's Dan Fritz reports from Los Angeles.
