Group Home Advocates Rally at City Hall Against Ordinance

The Los Angeles City Council delayed a decision on new regulations involving group homes and other care facilities. Opponents of a new ordinance say stricter regulations might force some residents, such as recovering alcoholics and drugs addicts, back to the streets. Proponents say stricter control is a matter of safety. KPFK's Michael McTernan has the story.
