The controversy over a property lease at Pete's Harbor in Redwood City is heating up as a handful of live-aboard tenants fight to keep their boats docked. The harbor's landlord, Paula Uccelli, wants to transfer the lease to a developer but there are concerns over her legal right to do so. The land is currently owned by the state, which could decide as early as April whether to allow the lease transfer, causing worry among tenants. Alex Kekauoha reports from Redwood City.
