A Los Angeles victim's rights group announced today that it is holding a commemoration for those who were killed at the Sandy Hook Elementary School in Connecticut last week. Justice for Murdered Children is also speaking out against LAPD policies which they say are misleading and ultimately undermine the investigations into murders and crimes in the city.
