The waiting continues, as the US Supreme Court considers whether to review a series of cases on same sex marriage. Among the cases is one on California’s Proposition 8 ban on same sex marriage, as well as cases challenging the Federal Defense of Marriage Act. The high court could announce as early as Monday whether it will hear one or more of those cases. If it denies a review of the Prop 8 case, same sex marriages could resume in California later next week. Christopher Martinez reports.
