Hundreds of Los Angeles Unified teachers accused of misconduct are being housed in so-called teacher jails that critics say are costly and highly unethical. A group of teachers who are either still in this administrative segregation or have been dismissed say the district has an ulterior motive. Pacifica KPFK's Ernesto Arce has more from Los Angeles.
