Governor Jerry Brown’s Proposition 30 tax initiative is still below the 50% thresh-hold, but its fall in the polls has stopped, according to a new Field Poll. The measure remains within striking distance, and Brown is crossing the state with appearances to boost the measure in the final days before the election.
