Governor Jerry Brown laid out his case for his tax-raising proposal, Proposition 30, at Town Hall Los Angeles today. While still polling ahead, Brown's tax hike plunged in the latest polls out last week. Meanwhile, opponents of the tax plan are holding their own counter-events.
