Local Medical Marijuana Regulations Are Upheld by the California Supreme Court

The California Supreme Court has dismissed a review of a case about medical marijuana regulations that pot advocates say has widespread significance to cities and counties across the state struggling over the issue. Medical marijuana advocates are applauding the decision by the Supreme Court, which effectively upholds an appellate court decision favorable to their side.
