California Assembly member Gil Cedillo has launched a last ditch effort to grant driver’s licenses to California undocumented immigrants. It’s the termed out lawmaker’s eight attempt in 15 years and likely his very last. It comes just a day after thousands of young undocumented students began filing applications for work permits and for a stay on deportation.
