Assembly Approves Bill to Modify Life Sentences for Juveniles

The California State Senate is expected to take up a bill within days that could result in modifying the sentences of juvenile offenders sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole. The Assembly last week approved the measure by San Francisco State Senator Leland Yee. Ernesto Arce reports from Los Angeles.
