San Francisco Seeks Payday Loan Victims

Tens of thousands of people could be eligible for restitution from “Pay-day” lenders in San Francisco, and City Attorney Dennis Herrera wants to find them. Herrera says people who took controversial and expensive pay-day loans from two big lenders in San Francisco were charged illegal and usurious rates. The settlement could pay them back up to 18-hundred dollars. Christopher Martinez reports.
