San Bernardino Moves Forward with Eminent Domain Law After Bankruptcy

San Bernardino County officials held the first of several forums to discuss a proposed eminent domain law to curb the number of foreclosures among inland communities.
Just a week ago, the Homeownership Protection Program appeared to be a longshot. But after the County filed for bankruptcy, the proposal is being seen by many as a possible solution to help distressed homeowners. Pacifica KPFK’s Ernesto Arce has more from Southern California.
