LA County Sheriff's Departments' Top Brass Lax on Deputy Violence, According to Insiders

Captains in the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department say top Department brass, including the number two in command and the man in charge of Men's Central Jail, for years, have routinely ignored Deputy violence. The revelations from insiders came during an LA County Citizens Commission hearing in Los Angeles that is investigating violence in the deputy-run jail system.
