California Water Plan Sparks New Water War

Governor Jerry Brown has unveiled his new water plan to build a pair of tunnels to ship water from Northern California to farms and cities south of the troubled Bay Delta. Supporters say the plan will protect the fragile delta ecosystem and stabilize California’s water supply. Opponents say the plan will harm the environment for the benefit of rich agribusinesses and real estate interests. Christopher Martinez reports from Sacramento.
