June 25th is the 74th anniversary of the federal law setting minimum wages and over-time rules for workers, but the law left out 2 classes of workers. About 200 farmworkers and domestic workers gathered at the state capitol Monday to call for an end to discrimination that denies them basic rights enjoyed by other workers.
