Surprise returns in Southern California have brought down Los Angeles City Attorney Carmen Trutanich's run to become L.A. County's District Attorney. An early favorite and well-funded, Trutanich placed third and is now out of the race. Other early favorites went down, while some races went as expected. Pacifica's Dan Fritz reports from Los Angeles.
