Rape Survivor Wins Stay of Deportation

Immigrants rights advocates delivered a petition with 118,000 signatures to the San Francisco office of the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency. They successfully won a stay of deportation for a rape survivor, Blanca Medina of El Salvador. She was raped and attacked five times in her home country and missed a 2006 Texas immigration court hearing due to medical complications. Elise Guillot reports.
