Activists Deliver Trash from Blighted Homes to Bank

Los Angeles activists gathered outside of the offices of a New York-based bank that holds most foreclosed properties in the city. The coalition is asking Bank of New York Mellon to clean up blighted properties in the worst hit neighborhoods of South Los Angeles or pay up. The action comes just a day before the LA City Council votes on strengthening its current blight ordinance.
