Oakland P.D. Announces Reforms For Demonstrations

The Oakland Police Department has announced that it’s reforming the way it deals with protests—but released few specifics. The announcement comes shortly before mass occupy demonstrations called for May first. Brian Edwards-Tiekert has more.
