Good Friday Protests At Lockheed, Lawrence Livermore Lab

Anti weapons protesters are holding Good Friday observances at Lawrence Livermore Lab and in Sunnyvale at Lockheed Martin, the world's largest military contractor. A San Francisco event will remember the homeless and others. Here are details of those protests and others:

*7 am Lawrence Livermore Lab interfaith service protesting nuclear weapons; corner of Vasco Road and Patterson Pass Road in Livermore. Info at www.epicalc.org

*10:30 am Protest at Lockheed Martin, Mathilda and Java in Sunnyvale. Info at www.WeVigil.org

*Noon - 2 pm Tenderloin Stations of the Cross remembering the homeless, the drug user, the disabled, the mentally ill. San Francisco City Hall, Civic Center Plaza.

*4-6 pm ACT UP 25 year anniversary march. 4 pm Wells Fargo at 16th and Mission; 5 pm Ashes action at SF Archdiocese/Mission Dolores Church; 6 pm Commemoration of ACT UP at Harvey Milk Plaza
