The Los Angeles City Council has voted 11-to-2 to condemn racial and sexist slurs heard on talk radio in the city. A coalition of media advocacy groups urged the council to take action in the wake of Clear Channel-owned KFI AM 640 apologizing for the its latest offensive broadcast.
