California State University Trustees approved pay hikes for the presidents at Cal State Fullerton and East Bay. The vote came over the protests of students, faculty and other campus workers. Trustees also discussed an admissions freeze proposed by CSU administrators in a worst case scenario of further state budget cuts. Dan Fritz reports.
