ACLU Sues Over Occupy Oakland Stay-Away Orders

The ACLU of Northern California has filed a constitutional challenge on behalf of Occupy Oakland demonstrators who’ve been issued court orders forcing them to stay away from the plaza in front of Oakland City Hall. Brian Edwards-Tiekert reports.
