U.S. Regulators Approve First Nuclear Plants In A Generation

Federal regulators have given the go-ahead to the first nuclear reactors in the U.S. in a generation. The two reactors are slated for eastern Georgia. The company building them only agreed to go ahead after receiving hefty loan guarantees. Elise Guillot reports.
