Native Groups Urge Court To Nix Plan For Snow Made From Sewage

Native American and environmental groups asked the San Francisco based 9th Circuit Court of Appeals to overturn a plan to allow the use of artificial snow created from treated sewage on an Arizona mountain top. The Native groups say the Arizona Peaks are holy land that would be desecrated by the sewage. Environmental group say the plan also poses health risks. John Hamilton has more.
