Southern California-based environmentalists have filed a lawsuit against the Environmental Protection Agency for failing to track air pollution coming from busy freeways, impacting over a million residents that live nearby. Many of the affected residents are impoverished and in communities of color. Studies show that the health impacts are most damaging to children. Dan Fritz reports.
