An Ecuadoran appeals court has upheld a verdict ordering Chevron to pay 18 billion dollars to farmers and indigenous people in Ecuador's Amazon rain forest. The oil giant was convicted of setting up a polluting system of oil extraction that dumped toxic waste into the Amazon's watershed for decades. Sally Schilling reports.
