Members of Fresno religious groups say the city has been illegally destroying the personal property of homeless people. Since late October, the city has been systematically dismantling homeless encampments located on abandoned lots in rundown areas near downtown. Terms of a federal restraining order require the city to store confiscated possessions for 90 days. Vic Bedoian reports.
