Redevelopment Agencies Await California Supreme Court Decision

decision by the state Supreme Court that might dissolve all 400

agencies and create a redevelopment program that would pass tax
revenue on to schools and other state programs. In Los Angeles, one affordable housing group says the elimination of the program would hurt low-income communities. Ernesto Arce has more from Los Angeles.
