Merced City Council Weighs Repeal Of Just Cause Eviction Measure

The Merced City Council may repeal the Central Valley's first ordinance protecting tenants who live in homes that are foreclosed on. The so-called "just cause for eviction" ordinance was approved by the City Council. Cameron Jones reports.
