Chevron Seeks $150 Million Reduction in County Property Tax

Oil giant Chevron is trying to win a 150 million dollar property tax cut from the Contra Costa County Tax Appeals Board. Chevron says its Richmond refinery was wrongly assessed. Tina Bachemin filed this report on a protest outside the hearing.
