L.A. Jails Running Out Of Room

Los Angeles County jails are facing maximum capacity as a result of a
state law that was enacted last month. AB109, known as prison realignment, is expected to send as many as 8,000 offenders who would normally go to state prisons into the county jail system.This additional number of inmates could potentially fill county jails by next month. Ernesto Arce has more from Los Angeles.
