Medical marijuana advocates in Los Angeles have filed a lawsuit against the city seeking to compel an Environmental Impact Report for its medical marijuana ordinance.
The ordinance will shut down about 900 dispensaries across the city, leaving 100 legal dispensaries that the advocates claim will be swamped with traffic. Dan Fritz reports.
