Governor Jerry Brown Touts Jobs Plan

Governor Jerry Brown joined Democratic and Republican Assemblymembers to announce a measure he says would close what he calls a toxic tax loophole and create more jobs in California. Brown's "California Jobs First Plan" has bipartisan support in the Assembly, and support from some labor and business leaders. But it faces a battle in the Senate as lawmakers rush to act on bills in the final hours of the legislative session. Christopher Martinez reports from Sacramento.
