Nine Arrests In L.A. Dream Act Protest

Nine people were arrested for civil disobedience in downtown Los Angeles this afternoon as part of ongoing protests against the Secure Communities program. Organizers said they want President Obama to terminate, not reform, the program.
They highlighted the case of a young Latino student who was handed over to federal immigration officials after he was cited by local police for driving with a broken headlight. Ernesto Arce reports.
