Los Angeles County's Probation Chief told the Board of Supervisors today that California needs to make several changes in its legislation for L.A. County's plan for an influx of 9,000 state parolees to work. All 58 counties state-wide will be absorbing parolees in a court-ordered inmate reduction plan legislators passed earlier this year.
